Our 48 metal manufacturing companies perform better than others around the nation with higher than average employment numbers because they produce very specialized, high-value items typically sold internationally. The advanced manufacturing industry cluster is fueled by the consistent output of goods produced by highly skilled workers. Our partners provide our region and beyond access to metals, machinery, electrical equipment, appliances, and other on-demand products. Using a diverse set of specialized and technical skills, our manufacturing partners help sustain our region through perpetual product creation.

 

Equipment and Metal Manufacturing Association (EMMA)

EMMA is a group of equipment and metal manufacturers that meet quarterly in the 7 Rivers Region to form strategic alliances and joint ventures with assistance and support from suppliers, regional educational institutions, and economic development organizations from the region.
